Alli Zak
Founder & Therapist at Pathways, Alli is a pediatric speech language pathologist who specializes in language therapy, academic coaching and executive functioning skills. Alli is trained in the Lindamood-Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing® program, the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS®) and the Social Thinking® program.

Alli has continuously been the holder of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech–Language Pathology from the American Speech–Language Hearing Association since 2003, and is licensed as a Speech–Language Pathologist by the Florida Board of Speech–Language Pathology and Audiology and the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions

Netanya Greenwald
Speech and Language Pathologist at Pathways. Netanya is dedicated to building confidence in each of her students as she gives them the tools they need to grow.

Netanya is licensed as a Speech–Language Pathologist by the Florida Board of Speech–Language Pathology and Audiology and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech–Language Pathology from the American Speech–Language Hearing Association.

Margo Rosman
Margo is a dedicated Reading Specialist with advanced training in the Orton-Gillingham approach, a highly structured, multisensory method proven effective for supporting struggling readers, including those with dyslexia.
With a Masters of Science in Education specializing in Literacy, Margo blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate, individualized approach to help students build confidence and achieve lasting success in reading and writing.​
